In celebration of the historical 50th anniversary, Gospel Music will be featured in iconic venues around Nashville on Sunday, October 13:

  • Ryman Auditorium – Music City Celebration featuring David Phelps, Point of Grace, Travis Cottrell, TaRanda Greene and Cana’s Voice.
  • Bluebird Cafe – Writer’s Night at The Bluebird Cafe with performances by Steven Curtis Chapman, Travis Greene, Mia Fieldes and Matt Maher.
  • Tennessee State University –  Homecoming Gospel Concert featuring Kirk Franklin, Koryn Hawthorn, James Fortune and JJ Hairston and more.

The 50th celebration will be a powerful evening paying tribute to 50 years of special appearances and sensational stage highlights over the decades. Performances representing Modern Rock, Rap/Hip Hop, Pop/Contemporary, Inspirational, Southern Gospel, Bluegrass, Country, Worship and more will make up an evening praising the rich musical diversity from the past, present and future of Gospel and Christian music.
